Know-how and tools designed and implemented
for our clients:
The tools that we use can be grouped around 3 skills. They are
a result of long practice and are based on conception and/or
validation procedures written as part of our ISO 9001/2000 approach.
Thus, we depend either on market tools, or on our project engineering
in order to contribute the best response possible to the qualitative
requirements, and also to the cost constraints of our clients.

360°
approach
Definition
Observations in situation remain the best occasions to grasp and to
understand behavior. The 360° approach takes into account attitudes
adopted in the professional life. It offers numerous occasions for
observation and this, in multiple perspectives because they are staggered
in length.
It involves requesting persons who are in contact with an associate
for their real-life experience and their appraisal of certain skills
targeted by the evaluation.
Our approach
The snapshot proposed by the “360°” approach of Arnava allows
for an appraisal:
of the behavioral performance: it involves understanding the level
of the result that the associate has succeeded in achieving in professional
situations intersected with interrogated witnesses. It calls upon
the appraisal level of each person, knowing it would be necessary
to integrate disparity.
of the underlying behavioral mechanisms: each witness will have
an explanation on the why of a performance or counter-performance.
Gathering this outlook, in spite of apparent imperfections, in certain
cases, will facilitate better understanding of the source of the
results by facilitating a reflection on the methods for progress.

Three
types of documents are used in all our 360°:
questionnaires,
return document,
development plan.
However, we distinguish between two types of 360°:
360° with the sole return of perceptions that underline the convergences
and/or divergences of collected opinions.
360° completed by in-depth interviews with some witnesses.
