Know-how and tools designed and implemented
for our clients:
The tools that we use can be grouped around 3 skills. They are
a result of long practice and are based on conception and/or
validation procedures written as part of our ISO 9001/2000 approach.
Thus, we depend either on market tools, or on our project engineering
in order to contribute the best response possible to the qualitative
requirements, and also to the cost constraints of our clients.

Assessment
center and Development center
Definition
These are the source of the behavior evaluation tools through situation
scenarios. Evaluators observe and evaluate persons with relation to
a development target or with relation to the person himself/herself
and to his/her potential if it pertains to a Development center.
Our approach
As part of behavioral development, ARNAVA is convinced that situations
do not evaluate, rather observers evaluate better. This involves numerous
methodological consequences for grading the inherent subjectivity
by comparing one individual with the other. Thus, the level of reliability
seems to be linked to the quality and to the number of observers as
well as to the thoroughness of the observation process.
Situations are thus shortcuts in life that must trigger the expected
behavior. Their quantity and content must be adapted to the evaluation
goals and must allow expression of the participant’s skills.

This type of
evaluation does not aim to surprise the person, rather to know as
accurately as possible if he/she is capable of doing or not doing.
A key point of the tool is based on the transparency of the tool and
on the sharing between different players (observers, candidates, the
company) of the evaluation objectives, means and results.
In general, in its assessments, ARNAVA proposes to independently adopt
a double approach of the behavioral performance on one hand and the
behavioral mechanisms on the other hand. This double approach is sometimes
accompanied by an analysis of the professional dynamics and/or a report
of the knowledge and know-how to have a more global view of the person
and to be able to position him/her with relation to his/her personal
development.
Based on the evaluation problems, this methodology results in individual
detailed reports including a recommendation and a detailed analysis
of the evaluation results and can be complemented with a development
or orientation plan.
