    Definition
    These are the source of the behavior evaluation tools through situation scenarios. Evaluators observe and evaluate persons with relation to a development target or with relation to the person himself/herself and to his/her potential if it pertains to a Development center.

    Our approach
    As part of behavioral development, ARNAVA is convinced that situations do not evaluate, rather observers evaluate better. This involves numerous methodological consequences for grading the inherent subjectivity by comparing one individual with the other. Thus, the level of reliability seems to be linked to the quality and to the number of observers as well as to the thoroughness of the observation process.
    Situations are thus shortcuts in life that must trigger the expected behavior. Their quantity and content must be adapted to the evaluation goals and must allow expression of the participant’s skills.
