Interview
Definition
Interviews are often considered as an indispensable means of selection
or evaluation. In fact, easy to implement in appearance, they offer
the possibility to collect a lot of information, indeed declarative,
and also to have a certain perception of the characteristics of the
person.
Our approach
We distinguish between different types of interviews in our evaluation
tools. All interviews must be structured and based on the data or
a formalization enhancing the selection.
Thus, we realize:
Motivation interviews,
Interviews on the dynamics and professional path,
Psychometric interviews,
Interviews from expert to expert
