Thus, we depend either on market tools, or on our project engineering
in order to contribute the best response possible to the qualitative
requirements, and also to the cost constraints of our clients.

Training
in assessment and evaluation
Definition
To raise awareness among the players of the company about the evaluation
problem, to make them understand the distinctive nature of assessments
and the different approaches possible for this method, to professionalize
internal players in order to increase their performances in the evaluations
that they carry. Without being restrictive, these definitions of evaluation
training have one thing in common – they focus on the transfer of
skills to a client and they can be individual or collective.
Our approach
Apart from the processes for raising awareness about the evaluation
problems or methods that can remain quite generic and transposable,
all the in-depth training sessions are prepared during the course
of working sessions with our clientele in order to adapt the form
and content to the specific nature of the envisaged transfer of skills
(booklets, video films, grids,…).
