    Assessment tools engineering combines all the know-how and tools, which enable the design and implementation of evaluation sessions through situation scenarios according to the unique nature of the context and of the tool target(s).

    Our approach
    Based on our experience, we have a set of means that enable designing the tool according to the requested level of reliability:
  • Statistical studies on the impact of the number of observers and the number of situation scenarios,
  • Studies of correlation between the situation scenarios or tests,
  • Analysis matrix of targets and specificities of the evaluation,
  • Help with formulation of programs and planning,
  • Measurement of the difference between the proposed situations and the envisaged functions,
  • Library of cases and list of tests or questionnaires,
  • Methods for conception or adaptation of cases and of preference questionnaires,


  • But in parallel we remain careful about communication aspects both during the project formulation phase and with regard to the candidate during the assessment implementation phase.
