Know-how and tools designed and implemented
for our clients:
The tools that we use can be grouped around 3 skills. They are
a result of long practice and are based on conception and/or
validation procedures written as part of our ISO 9001/2000 approach.
Thus, we depend either on market tools, or on our project engineering
in order to contribute the best response possible to the qualitative
requirements, and also to the cost constraints of our clients.

Situation
scenario and case library
Definition
The principle of a situation scenario is to create shortcuts in life
that are generators of obversable behaviors. After taking into account
the characteristics of the task and proposed context, it is possible
to suppose that they are representative of the behavioral skills of
a person in a similar position.
It also involves taking into account the possible variation in behaviors,
set up according to the nature of activities and according to the
context in which they were triggered: depending on supposed professional
developments, some situation scenarios will be given special weightage.
Our approach
Need for the most accurate assessment makes us careful about how each
action progresses in each of the situations possible in future (individual,
face to face and in group).
The final choice of solutions to retain will be made after exchanges
with our principal: at present, we suggest the specific choice of
situation scenarios at the time of construction of the tool.
Although we have a large library of reference and modulable cases
and a tool that enables us by means of successive analyses to monitor
the presumed efficiency of a situation scenario with relation to the
desired observation objections through criteria, if necessary, we
can also carry out some specific adaptations or constructions of situation
scenarios to be in line with your requirements.

The number
of situation scenarios triggers a large spectrum of future professional
behaviors: the reliability of the evaluation will hence be greatly
affected not only by the choice of the situation scenarios, the quantity,
and also by the quality of the discussion. The distinctiveness of
the discussion on behaviors observed in situation will also depend
on the skills and on the number of observers.
We have a rich library of more than 150 cases that are divided into
25 big families of distinct exercises.
