Definition
One of the keys for success with recruitment is the efficiency of
the implemented communication means to collect and to approach candidates
who can be suitable to the target profile.
There are two families: support for distribution of offers (press,
internet…) and support for search tools (Cvtlibrary, database, Internet,
directories…).
Our approach
Based on the target, the client’s expectations, the envisaged costs
and the status of the employment market, together with our clientele,
we choose the most suitable means based on our comprehension and experience.

From our own
means, we are in the position to implement:
A referencing of offers on the Keljob engine,
A network of partners, vendors and institutions (HR consultants,
Agencies, Schools …),
Access to a directory of schools and Cvtlibrary.
Direct approach know-how.
To which are added all the means decided upon in partnership with
our client (distribution to press, internet or others…).
