Know-how and tools designed and implemented
for our clients:
The tools that we use can be grouped around 3 skills. They are
a result of long practice and are based on conception and/or
validation procedures written as part of our ISO 9001/2000 approach.
Thus, we depend either on market tools, or on our project engineering
in order to contribute the best response possible to the qualitative
requirements, and also to the cost constraints of our clients.

Personality
tests and questionnaires
Definition
The objective is to obtain an image of behavioral mechanisms from
participants through behavioral questionnaires. The tests and questionnaires
are tools for identifying the intrinsic characteristics of the person.
If they are based on the personality, the person is faced with multiple
choices of different attitudes and/or attractions. His/her projection
in a particular behavior is then interpreted so as to associate to
it behavioral families and at the end, to propose a psychometric profile.
If they measure a basic aptitude, they pose problems that must be
generally resolved within a limited time.
Unlike a questionnaire, a test is built, then is benchmarked on a
reference population. Therefore, above all, this results in a statistical
measurement.
Our approach
During our evaluation sessions, in parallel to the behavioral performance
method, we also apply a behavioral mechanisms method. This method
is necessary to understand the source of this performance and to infer
progress paths more easily. The batteries of tests and questionnaires
used are complementary: they are selected from the market tools or
are created from our own observation skills criteria.

Acting on choices
reflected by the participant, a thorough examination of responses
is carried out by means of an interview conducted by a specialist
in this type of questionnaires. Besides, this interview will enable
appraisal of the motivation of the applicant for the proposed job.
The respective interpretation will allow a broad view of behavioral
mechanisms of the participant, e.g.:
- to identify the main personality traits as well as the personal
and interpersonal aspirations,
- to mark the dominant behavioral styles in normal situation and
under stress,
- to determine the overall intellectual capacities.
