Types of problems
In order to meet your strategic needs and to prepare for the future,
you would like to anticipate the career developments of your associates
and to pinpoint those meriting career accelerations and access to
development tools. For this, a precise snapshot of current and/or
probable behavior would allow estimating the development potential
and the level of responsibility that your associates can assume.
Principles of the response
After validating the expected level of requirement, we suggest individual
and collective assessments to measure the behavioral skills of each
participant at a given moment. The tools for detecting the potential
can be extremely thorough: they can include 360° approaches or comprehensive
consideration of the career dynamics.
