Develop
and improve
Types of problems
You would like to develop the skills of your associates either faced
with encountered or perceived difficulties, or with the concern for
improving their performance, or with the aim to facilitate their future
development, or with the desire to establish their loyalty or to motivate
them.
Principles of the response
Our methods based on observation of persons in situation can vary
depending on whether it involves improvement of the present performance
or preparation for a future performance. Either we take into account,
by means of a 360° approach, evaluations by persons who knew the associate,
or if this is not possible, we recommend calling external observers
who will identify and evaluate the beneficiary through the situation
scenarios of a Development center. In these two cases, with respect
to the person, our methodologies and tools help formalize a more or
less detailed report of the individual strengths and weaknesses and
culminate in a development plan for improvement axes.

Deliverables
generally offered
Detailed individual reports including a recommendation and a thorough
analysis of the evaluation results and development plan. An exhaustive
giveback both to the candidate and to the company in order to allow
adaptation and sharing of conclusions.
Example of content

in-depth interview
and/or
1 to 2 days of evaluation sessions
