Commitments
Commitment to quality and convictions in the service of our
clients
Since the creation of Arnava in 1991, under the name of Ekipa and
later Leroy Challenge, we have grown with a constant concern of finding
the best answers to our clients’ needs without compromising our convictions.
In 2002, we were committed to an ISO quality process by giving prominence
to 5 key values of our business:
discussion (it must be the centre of any evaluation
tool, as it helps prevent peremptory judgments based on a single
and too often specific view),
thoroughness (only structured methods which the
evaluator will agree to be subjected to can guarantee a good acquisition
of information and will enable expression without constraint of
evaluators),
objectivity (it guarantees appraisals based on
real facts and thus keeps away from anything that is based on assumption
or value judgment),
commitment (it represents the ultimate goal demanded
by our principal. If expression of the diagnostic must respect the
person, it must not guard itself against taking a real stand on
the question asked),
transparency (Arnava always seeks to explain
the why, the how and the results of whatever its consultants do
or achieve. In fact, if the above mentioned requirements are respected,
they enable utmost clarity vis-à-vis the company and vis-à-vis the
evaluated persons)
