ArnavA wanted to provideits network of international partners with the same concept widely available in France. Therefore the brand « Arnava International Assessment Center ® » ” and a network of certified partners were created based the following beliefs:

• The need to provide a local solution,offering a consistant level of reactivity and quality, whilst meeting the needs of our partners
• The importance of carrying out assessments in the participants’ mother tongue
• The importance of taking into account the specific cultural issues relating tothe key concerns and countries of origin of participants
• The need to incorporate the multicultural dimension that is now both a challenge to large international groups and incorporated into their way of working

To do all of this, four key success factors needed to be brought together:

1. A partner network, Arnava International Assessment Center ®
2. A group of international observers, where the diversity of their backgrounds combined with the richness of their professional careers would guarantee the quality and the pertinence of their contributions
3. The same rigorous methodology deployed across all countries
4. Special attention given to the development and use of cases and simulations that bring to life real issues faced in an international business environment

Through the network already in place (Italy, Great Britain, Hungary, Belgium and France) ArnavA has the proven ability to design and deliver assessments in many countries,reacting to the needs of its clients whilst respecting the commitments already outlined.
