Arnava International Assessment Center ®

ArnavA wanted to be able to provide its clients with the same quality services at an international level. Thus, the « ArnavA International Assessment Center ® » brand and its network of certified partners were created, with the following goals:

  • Providing a local, reactive and quality answer to our clients expectations,
  • Setting up assessment sessions in the candidates native language,
  • Taking into account the cultural aspects and specificities according to the candidates country of origin,
  • as well as the multi-cultural dimension inherent to international groups and their corporate challenges and processes.

Four success keys were identified:

  1. a network of branded ArnavA International Assessment Center ® partners,
  2. a pole of international observers, with a diversity of origins and wealth of professional careers are a guarantee of the quality and accuracy of their analysis,
  3. a same rigorous methodology applied in all countries,
  4. a focus on the use of assessment tools and media that put candidates into multicultural contexts.

Thanks to the network it has developed (Italy, UK, Hungary, Belgium, France), ArnavA can rely on a strong capacity to set up assessment centers in any country in a reactive way, that includes the pre-listed quality constraints.
