Behavioral evaluation
Role-plays are « life shortcuts » that generate observable behaviors. Their number and contents are always adapted to the evaluation target and enable candidates to fully express themselves.
ArnavA also holds that observers play a key part within role-plays. Therefore, efforts should focus on methodology to make up for the subjectivity inherent to the observation of one individual by another.
The level of reliability is correlated to the quality and number of observers, the rigor in the observation process, as well as the number of role-plays proposed.
The goal of the assessment is to understand how people react to such or such situation, without trying to unsettle them.
ArnavA proposes to lead a double approach in all its assessment processes: behavioral performances and cognitive potential/behavioral mechanisms.
This approach can be supported by the analysis of each person’s professional dynamics, knowledge and know-how, in order to grasp a global vision of the candidates and thus be able to suggest paths for personal development.
Individual detailed reports are made available at the end of all assessment processes. They include a recommendation and in-depth analysis of the results. According to the initial client request, a development or orientation plan can also be included.
