Cognitive evaluation

Besides assessments within role-plays, ArnavA also uses PEPCo tests (Programs for the Evaluation of the Cognitive Potential) developed by SBT.

These programs were developed for the selection, recruitment, and support of candidates with varied profiles.

Thanks to the analysis of time scores and quality of answers given by candidates within the highly-monitored test, PEPCo measures are totally objective and non-declarative.
As a complement to an interview and/or behavioral tests, they add great quality value to the assessment and make the decisions even more reliable.

The performance of a candidate is analyzed according to the evaluation objective, and compared to performance of people with the same age and social and education level, or in comparison with the data of candidates applying to the same type of positions (peers).

PEPCo comes in a generic version, for a transversal evaluation of the Cognitive Potential of candidates, or in a trade-specific version, for use in recruitment processes.

horough cognitive assessment can also be performed by SBT consultants. They include taking the High Potential or Manager Profile test and a phone or face-to-face interview to comment the results.

The use of modules in an assessment context is largely based on quality measurements.

Independently from the intrinsic value of the candidates’ performance, the distribution of their score on various criteria measured and the possible comparison with the ideal profile are the elements analyzed by the observer.
