Role-plays
The principle of a role-play is to create life shortcuts that generate observable behaviors, representative of behavioral abilities needed for a given position.
Behaviors vary according to the nature of the activities and contexts they were triggered by. This must also be taken into account. The various scenarios are chosen according to the professional evolution being considered.
Our approach
To make the assessment of the behavioral performances as objective and as accurate as possible, we try to vary the observation angles, to propose situations that are similar to future professional situations, and to favor situations that enable us to collect as much data as possible.
The final choice of role-plays (individual, face-to-face and group ones) is made with our clients.
Although we have an extensive library of adaptable cases and a tool that enables us to check out the expected efficacy of a scenario in relation to the expected observation targets, we can also, if necessary, proceed to adaptations or specific writing of role-plays in order to best fit your needs.
