Leroy Challenges, at first a subsidiary of the BOSSARD Group, and later acquired by the BPI Group was founded in 1991 by Jean-Alain BAUP. The name was changed to ArnavA in 1998.
The founder relied on his expertise in leadership consulting and recruitment to develop our HR consulting firm on the assessment market. Thanks to the initial input of Anglo-Saxon assessment methodologies as well as partnerships with major groups and institutions in France, Jean-Alain BAUP designed ArnavAâ€™s specificity: an approach combining observations by experts, scientifically-validated tools, and rigorous processes.
ArnavA became a subsidiary of the SBT Group in 2006, with Michel NOIR as its President.
